Element22 was born out of the desire to produce titanium frames using the most modern of processes.

Typically titanium has been used a tube to tube welded method with tubes mainly being round and welded into machined head tubes and bottom bracket shells.

Element22 is using 3d printed wax moulds to create cast titanium parts, this is what gives the frame its unique appearance. An anodised finish is then applied to create a stunning visual finish thats only seen on a few brands working with titanium, this gives the customer an element of exclusivity as the finish can be changed to suit.
